How do I register for interviews?

I can't attend the conference this year, but would like to post open positions. How do I do that?

Do I need to register for both interviews and Table Talk?
You may choose to register for just interviews, just Table Talk, or both. However, if you want to participate in both interviews and Table Talk, you will need to complete a separate registration form for each.
What do I need to do after registering?
After you submit registration, you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation of your registration. Review this confirmation carefully to ensure it is correct and keep this copy for your records. Depending on what you registered for you may need to take additional steps. Please check below:
RESUME REQUEST
Your resume request will be entered into Symplicity, the MPILCC recruiting platform. You do not need to do anything further. Resume requests will be made available to students from January through to the date of MPILCC. Resume packets will be e-mailed directly to you.
TABLE TALK
Table Talk is an opportunity for employers to interact with students in a virtual setting. It will take place from 1:00 to 3:00 pm.
Once you have submitted your registration and received your auto confirmation receipt, you do not need to do anything prior to the MPILCC program. Please make sure you receive a confirmation receipt. If you do not, then your registration has NOT been received.
INTERVIEWS
My organization cannot fund law student positions. Can I still register my organization for MPILCC interviews?
Yes, students may elect to pursue alternative sources of funding or volunteer at your organization.
Is there funding available to employers to assist with the cost of travel and accommodations?
As MPILCC is currently an all-virtual program, there is no travel and accommodation cost.
How long do interviews last?
You may choose 20 or 30 minute interviews for a full day (9:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m. CT) or a half day AM/PM schedule.
Will I have the opportunity to select the candidates that I want to interview?
Yes, all employers will receive the application materials of interested candidates and can then select those students they would like to interview.
What is the process for interview selection?
In January, you will receive a login for MPILCC Symplicity, the MPILCC recruiting portal. At that time you will be able to download student application materials and enter your selections into the system.
After you have made your selections, students will be assigned interviews. They will be able to log in and cancel any interviews they no longer wish to attend.
if you opted-in to open sign-ups, students will be able to sign-up for available interview slots during the open sign-up period.
At the close of open sign-ups, your final schedule will be released.
What are open sign-ups?
During the registration period, you may choose to opt-in or out of open sign-ups. During the open sign up period any student (in your selected class year) may sign-up for available interview times on your schedule.
